"It's been over 2 years since I resided in Centerpointe, and my overall experience here has been quite pleasant. Let's start with the leasing team, who have been absolutely wonderful! I'd like to extend a special thanks to Tiffany. Her willingness to assist has been immensely valuable, and her sweet yet professional demeanor has made the experience even more enjoyable. I’ve seen some negative reviews about the leasing team, but I never had complaints. You respect them, they’ll respect you. Now, let's talk about the vibe of this place. I've done extensive research on apartments in the vicinity, and I can confidently say that Centerpointe is the top choice if you're seeking a resort-style, private, and clean apartment. Other options in the area tend to offer less privacy, more noise, and more bugs/rats. Regarding the residents, I've found that most of them are respectful and friendly. There was a time when I had a resident living directly below me who was a smoker, but the leasing staff acted swiftly to address the issue. The only drawbacks I've encountered here are the slow elevators and the crowded front gate parking entrance. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I genuinely believe that Centerpointe is the best apartment option in the vicinity."

"The service crew here is fantastic. Once I put in a maintenance request through the resident portal, they respond in a day or two most of the time. Sometimes within the same day. They are courteous, friendly, and do a great job at resolving any issues I have at my unit. Ivan especially is awesome. When my sink overflowed, he not only fixed my drain but also cleaned, sanitized and deodorized my entire sink. I was very thankful for the extra care he had shown. The leasing office is also good at giving you a prompt response. I have no problem reaching them and getting the info I need, both through a phone call or an email. The amenities are pretty good, always well maintained. My only complaints are their frustratingly slow elevators and the amount of pet waste not picked up by numerous disrespectful dog owners. Hope the leasing office can find a way to address these issues."
