"My husband and I have lived in the Veneto community since 2021. We love living here! A few nights ago around 8pm, we had a backed up and clogged kitchen sink. We were able to get an emergency maintenance request due to potential flooding. Stanley came to our rescue quickly, and spent nearly an hour fixing our sink. He was extremely kind and patient the entire time. Whenever Stanley sees us around the complex, he always says “Hello!”. We appreciate everything Stanley does to keep our community safe and clean. "I moved to Irvine from LA last year. And I fell in love with Veneto community. Not only the community is beautiful, location is amazing. Freeway is right down the road and there are tons of stores which is very convenient. On top of that, Resident service team is really excellent. Everyone is nice, sweet and professional. And whenever you need a maintenance, you can easily request it by their own app. And they'll take care of it right away. I never had to wait and they don't delay anything (even for a small request - like replacing a lightbulb) Especially when you have Manny, consider everything will be done with great quality. He is always on top of his work and very professional. I feel so lucky to have Manny :) I'm so glad that I moved to Veneto community!!"
