"I still have not received my deposits back after moving out in June of 2023. The manager was nasty. When I asked to give my deposit back she misbehaved. The resident maintenance manger assured me that there will be no charge as we returned the unit in original shape. He is on video told us that no expenses will be needed. But apart from my car got owed from my own carport which cost me $315.00 dollars and my deposit of $1000.00 is lost. I moved out because of managers ill manner and nasty behavior. I filed with the BETTER BUSINES BUREAU IN 2022, LOOK UP."

"Been living here the last two years and the complex itself is nice enough. The maintanence is good for the most part as well. However, there seems to have been some changes in management in the last year and a half. I am very unhappy with the decisions they have been making. They continue to contract out more of the services in the apartment, and each time it ends up with worth services that costs the tenants more. They spend unnecessarily on "upgrades" and community events that have little engagement. Their leasing policy also became much more stringent and they gave the bare minimum notice for this change. This is a mid tier complex and the changes that they are making here continue to reduce our ability to enjoy our time here. I would consider dealing with this if the apartments build qualities and amenities were significantly higher, but I believe management is under some delusion that this place is some thing it is not."

"This place is ridiculous. I drove my best friend home because she was unable to drive and she gives me permission to park in her spot and I'm parked for ONE night and this place instantly tows my vehicle all the way to RIVERSIDE. I called the office and they told me the towing company wasn't even supposed to be there that night but they still took my car and are charging me for it. Another review I just read said an abandoned car was parked for a year and was left untouched but when I park for ONE NIGHT I get towed. Extremely unprofessional."

"I live here and everything is really nice. It's quiet, and the accommodations are great. The pool area is beautiful with stone fire pits and gas range extra large bbqs. There's a small tennis court, a playground for the kids, and two dog parks. There's also a small gym! And the atmosphere is very lovely with a healthy array of tall evergreens and foliage that line the curvy pathways. The palms by the pool and entrance are lit up at night with colors, which is a small but significant addition to the overall vibe Here's why I rate it a 3: It costs a pretty penny to rent here, with no included utilities besides garbage. It's gated, but the gates always break. Having guests is kind of a hassle with hardly any guest parking and required guest passes that have to be filled out every morning and afternoon, if any are even available in the box by the office. Any mistake with parking and your car is towed without warning by a predatory towing company. I had my car parked with hazards on by the office after hours to unload a piece of furniture to drop off at my unit, returned not even 5 minutes later to discover my car was towed... I really like it here, but if you tend to have lots of company or more than two vehicles, it might not be ideal."
