"There is not security and not parking. It’s very frustrating when people outsiders park in a complex where don’t pay rent. People even take your personal parking. Absolutely insane!. Nothing gets done!. it’s unfortunately."

"DO NOT RENT HERE! this is a warning for anyone who is thinking of leasing I don’t even know where to start off first of all the PARKING IS HORRIBLE you will not find any parking after 7 all the parking spaces are occupied by cars that have not been moved in MONTHS! This is so frustrating as a parent who has a disabled child even people with out a handicap plate park at the handicap parking. It’s a super ghetto area also a lot of homeless and just poorly maintained apartments also super high rent and it doesn’t with fridge u can either choose washer or dryer or fridge it’s crazy! Leasing office people are just ignorant they don’t try to help you they are rude PLEASE do not lease here!."

"The parking sucks they tow residents cars before cars with out stickers the pool and the gym have been closed for over 7 months and the owner/ manager used 8 parking for storage of equipment"

"Office managers are rude, unprofessional and indirectly RACIST!!! Extremely high rent for what is offered. Majority of the time amenities are not working or you can’t access it because the locks have been changed.they take forever to fix issues in apartment. No security as stated cars of renters have been broken into, tires slashed and windows broken. Can get no help from office because they claim security cameras didn’t see anything even though it’s the entire complex that’s being affected. You pay for trash but it barely gets picked up so trash overflows around the dumpster and into the parking lot which is very disgusting and unsanitary and stays that way for days/weeks. Constantly making up rules for their convenience. They rent two bedrooms but only give you one parking so parking is scarce. The homeless have moved in on the streets so you’re afraid to take walks around your neighborhood and they leave their trash all over the community. They have no respect for those that work late and sleep in the day because they start cutting grass or edges or maintenance are in and out their sheds slamming doors or talking loud starting at 7:01 am. The floor plan and model apartment is NOT the apartment that you move into and they only show you one model and not all the ones they offer. If you are thinking about moving here RUN!!!"

"Parking is always an issue. Upon move out be prepared to not get your deposit back was charged for not enough notice even though the 30 days was given in writing and then charged for over staying for 3 days and charged one day rent for leaving too soon so which is it!! They never follow up with complaints regarding trash on patios do yourself a favor find better apartments that look cleaner and where they follow up with you regarding issues."
