"One of my favorite things about living here is the maintenance team they have. They are always very professional and quick to come and fix any problem that has come up. Once again today Jose came to the rescue and replaced all of the kitchen light bulbs. The last one finally went out and within less than a couple hours of putting in a ticket Jose came over and replaced everything and made sure we were happy and everything else was functional as well. I truly appreciate Jose and his team for all of their hard work and dedication to the complex. They help maintain our homes and keep them in excellent living conditions I am truly grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you again Jose!"

"Living here was so incredibly frustrating thanks to the absolutely horrible communication from the front office. When we moved in it was communicated to us that renter’s insurance was not a necessity but we could have it if we wanted, and when we got further communication from the property encouraging us to get renters insurance, we went into the front office and they told us that we don’t need to get it. About a month later, we get a three day notice specifically for not having renter’s insurance which could have been avoided if we got accuracy information from the housing office. There parking situation is horrible, spaces are constantly being closed off for one reason or another which led to one of our car’s getting vandalized at a nearby side street, and of course when we brought that to the attention to the front office they said there was nothing they could do to ensure safer parking spots. They raise the price of laundry like every 6 months and there are always machines that don’t work. Upon leaving this place they charged us way more than they estimated in our move out inspection, and charged us for an entire carpet replacement even though the carpet was in good condition in 3/4 of the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone, as there are so many better apartment complexes in the area, unless you enjoy random inconveniences and being overcharged for everything. The maintenance guys are cool though."

"This review is about the maintenance staff that helps keep everything nice around the apartment. In particular Jose, he has been nothing short of amazing with every encounter I have had with him. He is always pleasant everytime I see him around the complex on the golf cart. He always makes sure the wave and say hi and even asks how the family is and even asks about things that have been recently fixed in the apartment are, and how they are working, and he is asking to make sure we are comfortable with everything working properly. Anytime We have put in a support request. They always come same day if not within an hour or less, and they always fix the problem or come back with something new to replace it with. I have been thoroughly impressed with the service I've recieved while living here and Jose has played a major role in my expierence being so positive and pleasant, Thank you for that Jose, you are truly appreciated."

"I don't normally post reviews but I've lived in the windwood glen community for over 5 years now and I just wanted to acknowledge the current maintenance team! Jose is friendly and professional always full filling our maintenance requests with excellent service. I'd also like to give a shout out to Alex! There was an issue I was having with the laundry room door and as soon as I mentioned it to him he had it fixed! I really appreciated that. Keep up the good work guys! I look forward to many more years here at Windwood Glen."

"Update 30 days in: Front office is unreal. Was given bad information about turning in my rent and got a late fee and a late payment on my record. When i called they admit it was their mistake, removed the 50 late fee but said there is nothing they can do about the record... no additional help nor human like point me in the right direction to get it fixed. Just "welp" live with it Now my apartment floor is caving in and without me being assertive they would have had my kitchen, dining room, living room uninhabitable for 2-3 days with again, no human like consideration. How do we eat? How do we cook? Normal next thought for anyone, especially a leasing agent. I had to explain there has to be something they do for us to even get the consideration for some help. Do yourself a favor and keep looking before moving here. We're stuck on a 15 month lease in this place. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Maintenance is still Great. Enjoying living here so far. Been about 3 weeks, pretty chill neighborhood, good parking, landscaping is nice. park across the street. Maintenance is A1. We had a toilet that would randomly clog. Jose, who's amazing, came with the tools, on time of the work order, and assessed the situation. He unclogged it, and told me to make sure to let them know if it does again, he will remove it if he has to. Week later it clogged, he came to remove the whole toilet and found a container top that fell in from the previous renters. Life happens and it's an apartment, so not mad at the issues. Extremely impressed with Jose's professionalism and expertise. Much appreciated, represents Windwood Glen very well."
