"Hello! I just wanted to shout out Jose, the maintenance guy for fixing my roommates bathroom, which had a bunch of problems, like black mildew on the walls/ceiling and also a faulty, loose toilet seat. Jose provided impeccable service, was extremely friendly and hospitable, & went above and beyond to help fix the black funk that was clearly visible on the walls. He was also able to help identify the problem which was the ceiling fan was broken and also went to great lengths to cut it from the ceiling and replace it with a functional fan. Finally, he went to home depot to get mildew-resistant paint and came back exactly one hour (like he said) later to coat the walls with another worker in masks, shout-out to him too! All in all, it was a seamless experience and he left the bathroom in pristine and perfect condition. Thanks again, Jose!"

"I wanted to give a great compliment to the maintenance staff at Cross Creek. Jose is always outstanding! Whenever I have an issue, he always comes through and takes care of the problem with a smile. Great guy to chat with as well. I also want to give a compliment to the vendors who recently repaired my home. There was a pipe leak from the upstairs apartment but damaged the carpet in the master bedroom, hallway closet and the hallway with water. It took multiple days, but everything has been completed and I am very satisfied with the results. From the carpet guys, to the drywall guys, to the painters, all of them were very professional, very disciplined and very friendly as well. Please let all of those vendors know their guys that helped repair my place from 11/18-11/23 are top notch guys and should be commended. Thank you Cross creek for being so diligent in getting the apartment repaired. I have been a resident for 25 years and will continue to love living here. I always want to give compliments on a job well done.Thank you!"

Even though I sent her a barrage of questions quite often, she never failed to answer them promptly and professionally. It has been a real pleasure working with her.
