"Woodbridge Pines Apartments is located in a quant area of Irvine. The complex has lovely areas to relax and bbq with friends and family. We are fortunate to live in a complex with excellent customer service, management and maintenance staff. Angel always provides superior service. Adrian provides excellent service as well.The apartments have spacious rooms and upgrades throughout with a private patio which makes for enjoyable living. It is fabulous to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Thank you Woodbridge Pines Apartment team!"

"The staffs at Woodbridge Pines are friendly and helpful. All of our service requests were responded in a timely manner. All of the maintenance staffs ( Gerardo, Angel, Johnny) completed our service requests (leaking faucet, non-working dryer, clogged toilet) professionally. The staffs ( Kim, Craig and Ada) at the Leasing office always greeted us with smiles and offered timely assistance. We’re also pleased with the new windows and other amenities."

"Woodbridge apartments is one of the most unsafe apartments to live in! Highly recommend not to lease/rent here. My friend lost his motor bike and roommate lost his bike. There is an opening directly to the street on one end which is never secured, outsiders enter into the community directly and steal your stuff. NO security and the lease department is least concerned in spite of all these issues Multiple scenarios where police cases were filed due to theft in this community . NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED"
