"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. The office staff here are SO UNORGANIZED! They are rude, unhelpful and honestly, just plain stupid. I have lived here for 3 yrs and it's been a nightmare. The office manager Maricela is so rude and unprofessional. It's obvious that she is miserable and hates her job. The other 2 office members, Sade and Angel are also very rude and unhelpful. Recently the office staff was accusing me of not paying my rent!!! Even after providing bank statements like they requested, Maricela was still insisting my rent had not been paid!! These people make living here so hard. Do not move here!!"

"I lived there from March 2021 until June 2023. I had to move because they raised the rent $207. It’s almost a month and I haven’t received my deposit. The manager Maricela never answers my phone calls nor reply’s to my emails. I’ve sent numerous emails mind you Sade does reply but gives me no answer as to why I haven’t received it. We did everything they asked us to before we moved in and when we moved out. I’m not sure why they are ignoring me. I would never go back to live there. I wouldn’t recommend living there. "I posted my full review on Yelp, but long review short. These apartments are supposed to be “luxury”, it’s a lie. This place is truly ghetto and not recommended. The only positive side to these apartments is the location, you have the freeway, stores, restaurants and schools nearby, but tbh living here ain’t worth it. Too many cons and safety concerns. To start off all apartments are not updated, never no parking for people with no assigned parking, people breaking into mailboxes, have to deal with roaches..big roaches, people stealing, people taking your clothes out of washers and dryer(plus the washer & dryers are gross, they never clean them), loud annoying kids running up and down apartments, cops in and out, cars getting broken in, tow company they have a contract with towing cars that don’t need to be towed, fake wood floors, fake plastic tub, no diversity in the office. Moral of the review, run from this place as fast as you can."

"These apartments are very well maintained. The grounds keeping personnel do a fabulous job. The walkways are well maintained and it looks like the windows, doors and kitchen appliances are kept up to date as well. Don't know the cost of anything because that's kind of rude to ask people when you are guest in their home."

"These are nice apartments, but they are a little pricey. You cannot complain about easy access to the 10fwy. Also only minutes from great shopping and eating. Also within minutes of your choice of great hotel accommodations. Bottom line staying here means you are paying for the easy access to almost everything."
