"I have lived here since 2018 and I could not ask for a more attentive on-site staff team. they have made major upgrades to our windows to be more energy efficient, they have updated our gym with new equipment and free weights, which I really appreciate. And all maintenance related work orders are handled the next day. Specifically, I dropped my wallet and it fell in the storm drain. I was freaking out and it was after hours so I decided to put in a work order to see if there was a possibility that they can get it out as it could also be handled by the city. The next day, not even a whole day, I got a call saying that they got my wallet, and they personally hand delivered it to me. We have, hands down, THE BEST maintenance team that has made life that much easier. I have never come across a single maintenance team member who has under delivered or done an unsatisfactory job."

"My experience so far has been very positive (1.5 months). The process of doing all the move in paperwork was very easy. My apartment was move in ready the day I showed up, and the minor issue I had with a kitchen cabinet door was immediately addressed. The staff have always been kind and professional. The property is clean and well kept. I’m also really enjoying the gym that is on the property. So overall, I’m satisfied with where things stand to date."
