"Parking is a problem on weekends"
"Worst place to live. Everything brakes down, very old, cars getting broken into, police chases resulting in the front gate being broken. Our AC broke in the middle of June and they gave us 2 AC units which leak on the carpet and it’s July 23 and still our AC hasn’t been fixed. No one ever calls us back or gives updates. Truly horrible management and customer service. You definitely pay for what you get here."
"Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience with these apartments. My friend and I put our name on the waiting list at the same time. We also work at the sams job making the same amount of money. She was able to get into the apartments but for whatever reason I wasn't. When I called about my name being on the waiting list they told me 7 years. I've also talked to several people, who put their names on the waiting list after me and for some odd reason they were able to get into the apartments. I was told by people who live here that "they choose who they want and they don't go by the waiting list". I also ran into an old friend at the grocery store and she was telling me how she actually left her 2 bed room apartment (here) and called & placed her name on the 3bed apartment. Ironically within weeks she was able to get back into the apartments. I am a full-time worker also a full-time student at University of Irvine with no criminal record. I also have no evictions. I've been on this waiting list since 2014. It's truly sad and unfortunate. I hope that someone higher up reads this because it's truly unfair."
