"As President of the HOA board, Joanne has repeatedly disappointed our community. Throughout her tenure, Joanne has consistently abused her position of power. Instead of leading with fairness and openness, Joanne polices our homes and property while not following the rules she herself imposes on other residents. Additionally, perhaps even more alarmingly, she has restricted financial transparency: residents pay $580/month in HOA dues, and with 281 residences, this translates to a revenue of $162,980 each month. Yet, we aren’t able to see where our money is being spent. Joanne additionally uses this money to pay herself $92,000, which is ridiculously high for such a small organization, especially for what is considered a volunteer position. As others have pointed out, I suspect fraud and embezzlement, which is highly illegal and should result in prison time."

"Joanne, the President of the HOA board, violates your fair housing rights and shows favoritism only to select residents, discriminating residents of color. She continues to increase the monthly HOA fee, diverting the money to pay herself $92k in annual salary, which is substantial for a small association. I suspect fraud and embezzlement by Joanne, and she must be removed from the board. She will continue to increase the HOA fees, enforce rules inconsistently, and decrease your property value. If you are a resident of Fairway Village please vote to oust Joanne from her presidency."

"The HOA makes no one feel welcome here. Don’t move here if you wish to have family visit you. It would be better if you met them outside the gate. Once you enter the gates of Fairway Village, eyes are on you. It’s a dystopian nightmare. I’m sad I have family that lives here and they have to deal with the disgusting politics of people that have nothing better to do than babysit grown adults."
