"In all, Terrible management. Only give one digital app user per apartment for all the gates in the community. Which means if you don’t want to share your email address with your partners, they will not be able to enter any of the gates. And the explanation is ridiculous, they don’t want to spend more money on the app! Buildings are not well maintained. Floors are uneven, panels fall apart here and there. Bath clogs continuously. And apply for a maintenance will take days even weeks. The most unbelievable thing is that they will call private contractor to toll your car without warning in the community if you are not park on your spot! Even if you are just parking 1 or 2 boxes next to your designated spot for 2-3 nights. And the tow fee is 2-3 times higher than public tower."

"Not a resident. Just leaving my review from My overall experience viewing these Townhomes. Went in on a Wednesday was given a tour and completed application never heard back from them I called all day Friday no answer, Monday sent numerous emails and phone calls nothing from Crystal finally got through to her Tuesday afternoon told her I never received a response back she said I should have received an email I did not receive no email. They don't answer their phones after reading the reviews that I do agree the reviews about Crystal very unprofessional. After submitting all of my documents she first asked for 2 months of bank statements then said the ones I gave were fine again never heard back from with them afterwards. These Townhomes are over the price to be honest I did like the area . The outside of the town homes are extremely worn the wood needs to to be completely replaced on the decks and the stairs doesn't look like anything you see online. Community area very dirty. Very difficult to find street parking. Cameras do not work that was one of the questions I did ask because I have had my car broken into."

"Well where do I start… first moved in April 2023 and Immediately HFH, LTD property management took over. I still liked the place but management has been the worst. There were a multitude of problems inside the unit including broken windows, bathtub floor creaking (sounding like I was about to fall into the garage that’s underneath me), a dishwasher that is right next to an oven which you cannot open the door all the way unless the oven door was opened, and the windows are not properly sealed. Before I moved in, I asked for a covering parking spot. I was told if something opened up, I could have it. A month later a property manager by the name of Crystal Marchan moved herself and her family onto the property. She immediately took the two parking spots that were right underneath my unit and even parks in the employee parking spot along with letting her friends and husband friends to park in handicap spots and “no parking” spots that are marked with red curbs. I pointed this out to her but she responded with “I did nothing wrong”. Mind you, she sends emails out to residents telling them she will tow them if they are not parked in their assigned spots. She also emails residents to pick up after their pets and even says you cannot leave bulky items out by the trash. The apartment uses RUBS utility company that uses an average of water, sewage, and air conditioning usage for residents. When asked for how this is determined, the incompetent manager tells me “we can’t give personal information to you”. I told her I wanted a statement from the company and how the property determines to distribute the charges. Again her response was “it’s an average depending on the people living in your unit.” I finally gave up after going nowhere with this. How can you charge people for utilities without residents wondering what they are paying for? This woman only applies the rules to residents and not to herself. She doesn’t care about people, she just cares about her and her family. Oh, and she also has a garage too that she stores all her things. Residents should have first access to these amenities since we actually pay to live here, unlike her. The only reason I have stayed, is I’m in a year lease and will not be staying (surprising). This place only cares about getting people into units. The front gate broke in April and it’s September and is just now being fixed. When asked why it’s taken so long the response is “oh the vendors we have been working with don’t work with our system”. No, the company doesn’t want to pay to upgrade. They will also not fix the old windows in the units. They told me “once you are in the unit we cannot replace the windows because it’s a liability”, but yet Crystal’s apartment surprisingly has new windows. This place is a joke and I have been trying to reach out to the appropriate people to tell them about this but unfortunately no one cares. Moral of this rant is, don’t spend $2400 for a one bedroom for a place where management does nothing and demands you to follow the rules. What an embarrassment and this whole property management company should be ashamed to have hired such a selfish, narcissistic person like Crystal. I’d give zero stars if possible."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. My close friend has been living here for about a year and a half. I came to visit him, we were looking for parking and we got harassed by 3 of their employees. First, a man that seemed to be maintenance. Next, an older woman that said she was from corporate. Last, a woman that worked for the leasing office. The older woman yelled at us asking us who we were and what we were doing and my friend responded he lived here. She questioned what apartment and my friend was irritated so he refused to respond. They continued to say we looked suspicious, so of course I accused them of being racist, considering my friend and I are colored people so we look " suspicious "Imagine paying thousands of hard earned dollars at a place for them to harass you in your own home..!"
