"I've had a great experience here. The complaints of rampant theft are true - get a garage for your vehicle, and NEVER leave it open. Also a lot of the time you will encounter homeless people ravaging their way through the dumpsters, and it's not exactly charming. Also the parking policy is very strict. If you do not register visitors and have them park in the correct area, they WILL be towed. Having said all that, this is one of the best places I've ever resided. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and maintenance issues are resolved within a day. They have food trucks every week, which is an awesome perk, plus being atop a big hill overseeing such a large area affords a gorgeous view. Rent is reasonable, the complex is quiet, there are five freeways within a few minutes of this location, and a great hiking trail right across the street. 4.5 out of 5."
