"I am extremely happy to have lived here for 2 years! The front office is phenomenal with communication, maintenance-related concerns are troubleshooted and resolved quickly, and the overall complex is well-kept, clean, and safe! Fullerton Village Apartments is conveniently located close to public schools, colleges, restaurants, and downtown Fullerton; thus, it's a great place for students and families to live! In addition to plenty of available street parking, there are two pools, a recreational lounge, a mini gym, and small jacuzzi (all temporarily closed due to COVID). I highly recommend staying in this place. The staff and environment has truly made me feel like I was at home!"

"To this day this was my favorite complex ive ever lived in. I did move out about 4 years ago so not sure how its been since then. But 4 years ago it was excellent. Friendly office staff. No bugs. Clean. I lived in the 2 story apartment and loved the storage. Big bathroom. Walk in closet. Whenever something needed to be fixed it would get done same or next day. Safe. Street has a ton of parking. Downtown Fullerton is 5mins drive. I seriously had no complaints. Loved that complex."

"I've lived here my whole life , it's my childhood home , and I was about to have my son grow up there as well. But that all changed when mangers tell you one thing then tell you a different thing the next day. Parents always paid rent on time, and we all agree that I take over the lease including the manager before she changed her mind. Don't get me wrong, It's a nice quite place with two parking spots, landscaping is nice and if you willing to pay the rent. Keep in mind, that homeless people and hooglins come in the gate which is a joke and steal your property. And if you go to the manager about it she'll just ask you if you file a police report. My family got bikes stolen from our patio , the manger simply told me to start locking it up in my patio. The security there is a joke, he doesn't question anyone who comes in our out. He only there to lock up laundry rooms and pools. I got packages stolen from my apartment couple times. It's great, it's really is. Oh, when you move out , they will tell you don't worry about this or that, dont listen to them. I made that mistake and I got charged super high for them to say dont worry about it. It was 15 years of living there, they expect you to have wear or tear but not really or else they'll charge you. Make sense. (My favorite part when it rain and if your by the pool with the jazzuise is, it floods. They all recommend sandbags in your patio so watch out)"
