"They don’t care about the residents. Any request will be denied. Only some units get upgraded. Unfortunately I got an old unit with an old stove, old dusty a/c unit, carpet in the dining area, drawer knobs continuously falling off, old windows, old patio doors, paint chipping off due to how old it is. I got property stolen from carport, management did nothing to help. I’ve asked multiple times if I can either get my carpet changed by them (other units have vinyl) or if I can get it changed myself as I am having allergies due to previous tenants having pets. They denied both and said if I wanted I could transfer to an “upgraded unit” for a rent increase of $500/month + cancellation of my current lease and I would have to reapply."

"Lived here for about 2.5 years, in two separate units, and I somewhat enjoyed my time here. Depending on where your unit is located, you will hear kids running around and screaming. They will constantly run up the stairs just for fun and be extremely loud and bothersome. Walls and floor/ceiling are all thin so you could hear every little beat or conversation. Management and the maintenance team were great. Be careful with the $150 permit charge at the end of the lease. Money grab just to take more of your deposit if you don't return it. I never had my parking permit on and they never ticketed or towed me so that was a waste of the permit really. The apartments are extremely hot and the ACs don't help too much either."

"I truly enjoyed my time living at the apartments here. The apartment layout is really spacious and the interior of the apartment was great. I had plenty of room for for all my stuff and more really. the kitchen has a lot of cabinet storage space. The grounds were always kept clean and The landscaping was always maintained. The apartments were so close to so many things and that's definitely a huge plus. Like all the stores you really need are right there! The food too! Omg I loved having so many places to eat with just a short walk too. The staff, Janet & Beatriz were always so kind and helpful whenever I reached out to them and the maintenance technicians were always professional and fixed whatever was needed if i requested it. It never was a long and prolonged request. I definitely felt well taken care of during my stay here. Definitely recommend checking out the apartments."

"I lived here for 2 years and I really like the community and services here. All of our maintenance problems were solved within 24 hours. The leasing agents all were very nice and helpful throughout the process. The place is also very close to the campus, grocery stores and ATMs. Highly recommend for new applicants"
