"Lived here for 1 year and couldn’t get out fast enough. On day two of my moving in I quickly noticed roaches. It was infested. The have there guy come but all he does it may god down switch they eventually become immune to. Management did nothing further. Then my kitchen ceiling caved in because maintained was checking on the dishwasher upstairs.I refused to pay till they fixed it. Then they tried to fix it with putty ..Smh my husband thankfully checked them and watch has they did the proper steps. Then there was wood rot on my cabinets . My 4 year opened the cabinet and it fell at him. This place only does bare minimal patch up jobs . Then when i moved out we left it perfect and apparently they will take your deposit for cleaning and carpet and thumb tack holes. Each costing i guess 300 each. And they areas has quickly gone down hill . Save your money and your roach free appliance and look elsewhere . Good luck to you."

"We lived in Brookhollow for almost 2 years before we moved to Austin TX. I loved living in Brookhollow, I used to live in the townhomes and they are very spacious. At first we used to have roaches because the family that lived before in our home weren't clean. We had to moved fast because my husband's job was near. We had pest control come for several times but the roaches were mainly in the kitchen and went out fast. For the rest of our time living there we had NO roaches anymore. so YES it depends on how clean each family is! roaches are from nature and if you invite them to your home they will come. I has such a great experience living there from my neighbors and office staff! OLIVIA is the best! She was always there to help in everything we needed! The maintainance staff is great! Always happy to help! I wish i could have lived there more years but I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to call your next home! I'll be visiting my nice neighbors next time I come to visit California!"

"I really loved living at Brookhollow. I moved out because I purchased a home if not I would still live there. They keep the apartments well maintained. If you have an issue they address it right away. The place is also very clean. They are always cleaning if it's not the trash cans they are power washing or cleaning the rain gutters if not they are painting the place around. Also the gardeners keep up with the place that is why it looks really nice and clean specially the pool. They have security at night that gives you peace of mind. They keep control of the pool with pool tags and parking too. Your visitors will always have a place to park. The manager and the assistant manger are super nice and very friendly and caring and very helpful too. They are always in a good mood and happy to answer anything. They reaaly appreciate there residents because they have events for the residents. If it's not breakfast it's a barbeque or fruit platters in the summer every day. That takes dedication to the residents. I am really going to miss this apartment because it fealt like I was home."
