"If you are looking for an apartment in Irvine, but you'd like to live in something better than the cookie cutter shoeboxes built by the Irvine Company, this place should be at the top of your list. The Floorplan are spacious. The smallest two bedroom is plenty big for a couple of people or a growing family with young children. The spaces are well designed and open, with plenty of light and ventilation, even in the summertime. The build quality is better than typical apartments. Real hardwood floors, granite counters, and very nice kitchen appliances. The bathrooms are spacious, and there's so much storage space. (Did I mention it was spacious?). The windows are thick and very well insulated from the sounds of John Wayne Airport. We cannot hear the airplanes except in the quiet hours. The amenities are very well-maintained and always look clean. The maintenance staff are very responsive. I always feel encouraged to make use of the gym, and the community is small enough that it never feels like I'm living in a fish bowl, with people wherever I go. The people are friendly, with a diverse range of residents. The management team here are happy to make living here comfortable and think of new ways to make life a little more convenient. Dry cleaning, coffee machines, electric vehicle charging, parcel lockers, and more. I cannot say I regret moving in, but I can say I'll have a little regret moving out."

"After living at the Carlyle for 6 months, it has been very delightful. The layout of the apartments are spacious and you don't feel cramped in. I love the my balcony is a decent size to go sit out and enjoy my coffee. So far I haven't had any issues within my apartment. Whenever I go into the office the team is very welcoming and helpful! Any quick questions I have, they have been able to help me right then and there. Right before Christmas I had package said that it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my door. The delivery person left it right in front of the office and one of the maintenance team members left it in the office and notified me. I personally love it here and can't wait to renew my lease. Also, the office throws cute events and has food trucks come by!"

"The apartment has big space, which most of the brand new apartments is small and tight. The apartment located just across the street to SNA airport, close to Newport, there are a few restaurants nearby, very convenient."

"At first the Carlyle seemed fitting, I do love my apartment however other issues came up where it’s lead us to be moving out. Some of these issues include but are not limited to the following 1- Roaches - you offer a FREE service where you have a third party company come to take care of pest control, however they came already 3x and still have not eliminated the roaches 2- FIRE ALARM - We’ve barely lived here for 9 months and have been outraged at the random fire alarms They stay on for a minimum of 5-8minutes at 1 in the morning or random during the day. This is completely unacceptable 3- TRASH UNIT - Everyone has access to the trash Shute to throw away their garbage however the handle is always locked in either recyclable or regular trash, forcing us to either bring it down or leave it outside the door which leads to making the garbage/ maintained persons job harder 4- Maintenance - Why does it take more than 3-5 days to fix anything, just hire more people. We have never waited that long to fix an appliance Our fridge stopped working, our freezer stopped working, microwave stopped working 2x,"
