"Absolute terrible place to live. Several people who have lived here years have died to due to management. Management is unprofessional, and inconsiderate to its residents. Two people died due to the stress and pressures this company impressed upon them with there demands. They raise the rent every year even though they make no real improvements to the property. They try to control the residents by sending out notices that are not professionally worded. They speak and treat their residents poorly. Also, the units have mold, the pipes bust, etc. You will end up fixing something yourself before they do. Even with the do they find the cheapest supplies that fall apart so you may as well fix things yourself. This place needs to be demolished and the rental company put out of buisness."
