"Been here for about 5 months, there’s no parking (it’s only going to get worse) and they want to charge $100 extra a month for an extra parking space (that doesn’t include a clicker). The hallways are dirty there’s hair, lint, dirt all the time. People have left notes on our cars and smoke in the buildings to where the smell seeps into our apartment (it’s a smoke free building). People also drive through here like it’s a race track and don’t even care about the stops or children at the park. Honestly had good hopes for this place but with more and more people moving in it’s going to turn into every other nightmare complex."

"I’ve been living here for coming up on 2 years and it’s been great the units are well lit, spacious and good with keeping noise in or out. The gym is very nice and spacious with plenty of equipment to workout. The bbq pits in the upper courtyard are convenient and have lots of grill space with giant counters for cooking and entertaining guest. The management is on point! Mandy and her team are very helpful and welcoming. The maintenance team is quick and always about the building if something is down they are quick to fix it."

"We've been living her for a few months and it's been great. It's near the Collection and a great brewery. Facilities are clean and maintenance is quick. We worked with Steph Perez with the leasing and she was so quick and efficient with all of the paperwork. Our lease was approved within a day and everything was smooth. Each time we need something, Steph went out of her way to help out and resolved our issues quickly. Highly recommend contacting her for any questions about the apartment complex!"

"LOVE THIS PLACE! From the start Ms. Mandy and her counterparts were amazing and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with any problem I had and made move in very easy for me. The place itself (2 bd 2 bth) was spacious and open. It was very modern and the balcony view was to die for. She made move out a breeze. Definitely military friendly. I would highly recommend this place."
