"I went here for EF. okay, I was fine with everything, but the dorm staff are just plain rude. They’re always mad at something, most of the time they aren’t helpful, they’re always giving off the attitude like “Oh well not my problem”. Before departure to SB, there was a meeting, and they told us to not worry about extra blankets, saying that they have it covered. So I didn’t bring any blankets, one night my roommate already locked the room door and I had to sleep on the couch, yet my blanket was in the room, so I asked the staff if I could have an extra and I had told them my reasons, they said they can’t do that. It was really cold at night and I caught a fever too. And another time, while I was on a EF trip to SF, I came back to my luggage being thrown in another room by the staff. I say EF needs to find better staff for the dorms. Not to mention I paid a lot of money for this."
