"15 mins walk to the beach, 15 mins to the butterfly Grove . Apartment is really good, nothing fancy but considering the rent that they take I don't expect it to be . Manager is very good and helpful. We have assigned parking spots and lots of street parking as well(not in the evening otherwise it is always there). Only thing is you would need a car because closest grocery stores is at least 1.5 miles from this place. Costco is just 1.2 miles which is awesome. We have a 711 in .2 miles but don't expect much from it as we all know :)."
"They've done tons of work to these apartments and they are really nice. Ask to see one that has a new kitchen. Closets are big too. I wish all the apartments had covered parking, though"
