"Nice facility but the RAs were horrible. They harassed me by looking through my window before knocking on the door when they thought my TV was too loud. Another time they knocked on my door for 30 minutes straight when I already told them I was in the middle of an online class. When I asked why they did that they said it was because I was using my old roommate's bedroom who had vacated a week earlier. They told me that his room wasn't mine to use. When I tried to file a complaint I was completely ignored."
