"I would fire those 2 ladies at the front office if I were the owner of this property. They are so rude, irresponsible, and ridiculously fake. As soon as I handed them my move-in check, their face changed, and they started to think they own me. YES! they literally acted like they own every one who lives here. It’s so ironic to see how they treat tenant, despite living in the center of California. Who gave them the permission to check on our mail boxes and letters anyways? Dealing with those 2 ladies at front office is an absolute nightmare, they would dig into every little detail that makes your life miserable. Nice job you folks! you all really know how to manipulate the rules so that you can invade my privacy. Here is your 1 star, you are welcome ! I would give 0 for sure, or even go negative stars if only Google lets me do it"

"If you are thinking of moving here, don’t!! Here is my warning to you to find a more affordable place to live with management that won’t try to spy and question you. My friends were visiting me and were immediately scared away by the manager asking them a million questions and telling them they were trespassing. Who does that?!?!? Can’t express enough how violated and mistreated they make you feel here. Stay away from the manager, she will really make you feel unwanted and scrutinize every choice you make. I have never experienced anything like this before and wish I could have left sooner. You can’t do anything in this apartment complex without getting harassed by Karen’s that’s live here! Also be carful by the blond eyed crooked Karen she will getting in your business and start asking you a lot of stupid questions! Wish I could give a lower review"

"Terrible noise control, nearby bar always play music during the weekends from afternoon until the quiet hours at night. Not a nice place to stay. Also, if you want to break lease even though you find someone to take over your place. You STILL NEED TO PAY your break lease punishments!! Which is two months rent. Air quality is not as good due to the factories nearby, and dust everywhere. Price range is Expensive not worth the money. Amenities is nice, but too many people use it. Weird floor plans. The most important is package deliveries always late, for Amazon it could take 5 DAYS more than other address!!! Package always missing and mailbox always get wrong people’s mail!!!!!!"

"Cortona Point is truly luxury living at it's finest! The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make it feel like home right away. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I loved being able to work out without having to leave the complex. The pool and outdoor recreation areas were also top-notch, providing a fun and relaxing way to spend a sunny afternoon. Also, I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service provided by the management staff. From the leasing agents to the maintenance team, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Cortona Point Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located place to call home. The combination of modern amenities, welcoming surroundings, and outstanding customer service make it a standout choice in the area."

"We are very happy here! Honestly, it is such a lovely place to live. We hadn’t lived in an apartment complex since the 90s, but we’re pleasantly surprised and have lived very comfortably this past year. Management is amazing, and the staff is top notch, everyone is welcoming and has lots of smiles on the regular. The grounds are kept beautiful, and the landscaper does such a nice job. The pool area, gym, and common areas are always clean and in great working order. Maintenance is on top of things. Nothing is ever overlooked, and if you put in a work order, it is taken care of very quickly. There is a wonderful sense of community here with staff and residents alike, making it really feel like home. Jacqueline is the best and she really on top of everything, making it look so easy. The entire staff is very professional and always takes the time to stop and talk. We couldn't be happier!"
