"Had an extremely unpleasant experience this morning. I am helping a friend out taking care of their cats while they are out of town. This guy came up to me as I was leaving, and threatened me that he got my license plate and will tow my car. I didn't know I was parked at a spot that I'm not allowed to. Is that how you're allowing employees to treat guests? Instead of being helpful and friendly to direct me to the correct parking, he threatened me with a bad attitude."

"My girlfriend and I shared a 1 bedroom for two years at Arrive and loved our stay! Peter, the Area Manager, was always super helpful and kind with all of our requests. Edgar, the Maintenance Technician, was also super friendly and always willing to help. If we hadn't accepted jobs out of state, we would have renewed our lease in a heartbeat! We'll miss the Arrive community!"

"As a vendor I've seen plenty of apartments but I have to admit that Arrive Los Carneros is by far the best around. I consider it more as a community, the staff is amazing. Lydia and Edgar make the best team when it comes to taking care of their residents needs. The property is always clean which is refreshing. They have everything anyone would need to live more than comfortably from top of the line appliances, to a state of the art gym, an incredible pool and a dog run! My favorite part I have to admit is the NEST, it is available in every unit! From hot summer days to cold winter nights their residents are well taken care of."

"Los Carneros was by far the best experience with an apartment complex and staff that I’ve ever had. Not only are the apartments all brand new with state of the art appliances and design, but the other amenities are bar none as well. The gym is always air conditioned and has great equipment, and the pool is amazing. The best part however is Lydia and Edgar, the property manager and head of maintenance, who are always available to help and will do whatever they can to make sure you are happy. If you post a maintenance request, Edgar will be at your door as soon as he sees it and will fix whatever you need. If you have any concerns, Lydia will respond to your email and work on it as soon as she sees the email. I had an issue and Lydia went above and beyond to correct it. They are by far the best and they really care about making sure their tenants are always happy. I am sad I had to leave after graduation but if you live here you will not regret it!"
