"Sadly we didn’t sign with Solis last year, big mistake! Excited that my daughter will reside at Solis for 24-25. We have been speaking with Ava over the course of year and she is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure to work with. She has calmed me at times of stress of when my daughter had a parking crisis and we were able to rent a spot for the current year whilst awaiting lease info for next year. We have been dealing with a different company in IV with a large house rental for this school year and the experience couldn’t have been more different. Sounded like a cheaper option but the experience has been so poor in terms of response with any maintenance issues, security concerns and utility bills. I know that this is not the case at Solis. You can always reach Ava or Evan and get the answers you need which is important when us parents are on the hook for the bill. I would thoroughly recommend this company before we have even stepped foot in the apartment. Thank you for being so responsive always."
