"I read a recent review from Molly then checked into her other Google reviews. Lil miss diva seems to have issues with addressing actual people who provided a service when there are concerns about that service, prefers to rely on behind the screen bravery to bash a business. I’ve never had an issue with the same treatment at Northern Allure and certainly haven’t experienced an employee with a hygiene issue of any kind. I’ve been receiving services here for almost 2 years and enjoy the personalities of all I’ve worked with and find them to be well educated in both products and administration of them. The facility is exceptionally clean and inviting. I received the same treatment for 4 plus years at a facility in Uptown and 2 years in Eden Prairie, Northern Allure is priced competitively and has the exact same recommendations and policies as the other two high end places I’ve been. Everyone reacts differently to these types of injections. If you’re not willing to return for the follow up, don’t attend the initial appointment. You entrust a provider to give you a treatment, but not the rest of the recommendations verbally given? Great place. Good staff. Considerate care. These are the facts."

"I came in for my first ever lash lift and tint, and am so glad I came to Northern Allure! Not only are the staff I met very friendly and welcoming, the space is also getting a facelift to be even more welcoming physically. Sam was so gentle I didn't even know she was doing my lashes when she started! She was also forthcoming with information since I asked probably a million questions about the process- easy to talk to and the hour went by very quick. I've gotten a ton of compliments on my lashes since last week, and haven't had to wear mascara once! Will definitely be coming back :)"
