"I went there for a very simple haircut. I just needed several inches cut from the length. Of course , I wanted the bottom of my hair to lay nice so it would need texturing a bit on the ends. I asked for that. It would have to be cut properly to do that. Well it does not look nice or lay right on my back. I was pretty confused that I wasn't getting my hair washed and it she didn't style it after the cut either. My teen granddaughter wanted some length cut off her one length hair and then asked for bangs. The bangs were not cut properly. They looked pretty bad to me. My granddaughter age sixteen politely said they were ok and we came home . Upon getting home, my granddaughter shared....saying that they weren't what she said to do....and I said, Yes, I know I I thought that.... but you told her they were ok. I texted the lady and asked if we could come right back to get them fixed or set up a time. She responded with one sentence "well that's what she said to do." I was really surprised by that ! So my granddaughter went back on her own. They look better but not right. So it cost me sixty dollars and tip to get two bad haircuts. No wash, no style. We also didn't enjoy her personality, she seemed standoffish. Not friendly. It was awkward and unenjoyable."
