"Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The receptionist made an error and thought I was cancelling my appointment, when I was confirming it. I understand mistakes happen and wouldn't even be that upset if they offered to make it right, but they were completely unapologetic and said there is nothing they would do. I explained to them that I got up at 7:30am on my day off for the appointment and wasted my time and gas driving 30 minutes there, and 30 minutes home. I also have a jeep wrangler, so that's not cheap! Because of their mistake, they wasted my time and money, and still wouldn't offer me a simple gift card to the salon or discounted service. Cassie was extremely rude and said "I don't make my clients pay me when they miss appointments, so why would we compensate you?" Because you're a business, and that's why businesses do when they make a mistake. So not only have I wasted 2 hours of my life, gas, and time, driving there for a consult, switching around plans, and an appointment that didn't happen; now I have to look elsewhere and go through the consult/booking process again with another salon. Do not waste your time with the girls in this greedy salon. I feel completely disrespected and discarded for."

"I got a same-day appointment with Becky. I have never been to this salon before, so I was not sure what to expect. I did notice that there is one nail station. I'll have to check out his service next time I need a fill. But, Becky was great. I only got a haircut but she washed, cut, blow-dry, and straightened my hair. Was super affordable. I thought it was going to be so much more just due to quality. I will be back for the highlights that we talked about."

She traveled to my wedding location, she did makeup for 7 ladies, and did a great job keeping us on time. She was super friendly and very welcoming.
