They never answer emails or phone calls. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Throughout the lease they never answered emergency calls when it came to property maintenance. Bad people, save yourself the headaches to come"

"This is by far the "1" Best property management out in the central coast. The property manager Stephanie Flores is one of the most amazing and phenomenal women that knows her job and knows how to treat tenants. She is respectful, honest, and caring! We have never had to deal with a property management before and we were nervous, because we had contact other property managements and oh my they were rude and disrespectful. So if anyone wants to use a property management to rent a home, or to put your house as a rental, I highly suggest Searchlight Properties! You won't regret it!"
