"Charged me for not fixing my snowblower, lasted 15 seconds, brought it back, charged me again for not fixing it again, brought it back, still in shop for 11 months, they want to charge me again to fix it, I offered for them to keep it if they reimburse me for the work that was not done, they said they would, only if I brought a new one from them. I will pick it up this week and throw it in the dumpster, they had lost my buissenes"

"Went into Northside for some snow blower parts and having known Steve throughout the years I started chatting with him about zero turns as I was in the market to purchase one. Steve showed me all the advantages I was getting with the other make and model including bigger warranty all while saving money without going with the make and model I initially wanted.
