"After last snowstorm, we decided we needed to upgrade our snowblower to perhaps a battery powered unit so my wife could use if I am out of town. We shopped around and knew Ace had the Ego brand. Gavin was a tremendous help in explaining the product and because of his help, sold us on Ace & Ego. Will be into Ace in a month or so to buy a mower from them. Fantastic service you rarely see anymore. Highly recommend!!"
"Best hardware store in Appleton. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. This morning I went in for a nut for a exercise bike pedal and Scott took time to find the perfect one and explain how I should attach it using threadlocker. They might not beat the major stores in price but I'll pay more all day for the level of service and quality they provide."
