"Literally the worst retail experience of my life, I will never shop here in the future. Do not believe delivery times and do not expect status updates on orders. If you cancel an order and ask for a refund, Northern waits until the items arrive at their facility before issuing a refund. I will gladly pay more elsewhere for a better retail experience. Northern is severely out of touch with customer satisfaction."
"First time customer and will never use Northern tool again. Do not believe the delivery times!! Ordered a trailer ship to store. The delivery time when I ordered fit my schedule. Nov3 -10th need it for the 14th. No updates to the order for the first 5 days. Customer service was contacted for updates took them 3 days to respond. It is now the 6th with a response of delivery within 5-12 days now Nov 11-18th. Different info from phone service vs email service and incorrect info on website. I will now have to rent a trailer as it will not arrive before need it. Update: email late Nov 6th now it is 15-20 days."
"Great prices, Fast shipping... But be careful when the package arrives. Multiple times packages are pack very poorly. Box in a box with ZERO Packing paper. So the tool inside is just along for the ride. Check the tool when it arrives. Really like the store but I'm not spending that kind of money to get a damaged product. I am a long time customer and this has now happened on my last 4 shipments. Sorry"
