"Management will not give you a heads up about any construction or renovation, either in your apartment or neighboring apartments. Makes working from home extremely difficult because construction is often extremely loud and distracting. Even though apartments are all relatively recently renovated, the buildings themselves are very old so there is a lot of on-going construction. There is also lead in the apartment paint because these apartments were built before lead was banned from construction, so you might not want to live here if you are pregnant. Also, don’t bother cleaning when you are moving out because management will still charge you a cleaning fee. We vacuumed, swept, and mopped our entire apartment and were still charged. Finally, when you are deciding on an apartment based on the monthly cost, be aware that there are a lot of hidden fees associated with Prometheus-managed properties and make sure to add about $200 to the overall monthly cost."

"I recently toured the apartment with Eva, and I was impressed with her friendliness and helpfulness. She's very knowledgeable about the apartment and the area, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She also made me feel very welcome and comfortable, making the whole experience much more enjoyable. Love the amenities of the apartment and the neighborhood."

"I won't bury the lead. This is a GREAT place to live. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and this was the best experience I have had living in an apartment. This place is close the a ton of good restaurants, malls and night life too. From day one, they made sure the apartment was extremely clean and in perfect working condition at move in. The managers (Trang and Wendy) were always very kind, honest, and went out of their way to answer any questions we had, knew our names when we cane in, and consistently tried to make sure we were happy living there. They deserve a ton of credit for working so hard to make sure this is a home we could be happy living at. They had recently upgraded the unit and it had brand new wood floors, appliances, air conditioning and amenities. We lived right next to the river that winds its way through the complex and has a whole family of ducks living there. They had nine baby ducklings this year too. They are pet friendly at Biltmore and we also really enjoyed the pool area, grills, gym and clubhouse. There were only a couple times that we had to have the maintenance department over and every time Andrew and Lalo were really professional and addressed the issue quickly. This is a great place to live ! You won't regret living there. We would still be living there if we didn't have to move away from the area. Thanks again for making it so easy, comfortable and fun."

"We have lived at The Biltmore apartments since January 2021 and we are very happy here! We love the family friendly community and amenities. The leasing office staff are wonderful and specifically Wendy and Trang have always been very helpful and kind to our family. We also have been very impressed by the maintenance team here at the Biltmore. All members of the maintenance team are very friendly. We have personally been helped by Andrew throughout our stay here. Andrew is extremely professional and always makes sure we have all of our needs met and sees that service requests are completed promptly and done correctly. Leo is another member of the maintenance team that does great work and has helped us. We love living here and hope to continue to stay for the next few years."

"My husband and I recently moved in and were pleasantly surprised by how pro-active the team was. After touring the apartment unit, we had requested for a replacement of the kitchen appliances as the ones present in the unit looked old and dysfunctional. It was all a smooth process with Andrew and other maintenance guys came in as soon as the requested appliances were delivered and changed them without us reaching out to them more than once. They were professional and paid attention to hygiene standards especially needed during these times of COVID. We really appreciate your guys help! Also, if you are looking for an apartment in Cupertino area, we highly recommend The Biltmore if you are looking for a building lined up with REDWOODS as part of its landscaping, which is why we preferred moving in here over a modern, newly constructed building. Also, the location is really nice, is 0.5 miles away from the Cupertino civic centre and not to forget really close to Apple's HQ."
