Tamarack Apartments

"This was one of the worst apartments to live in, and I have lived in multiple apartments before. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud - stomping, arguing, screaming at 3 in the morning. We have attempted to resolve this by talking to them multiple times. When they didn't change, we contacted management but they didn't solve the issue either and we suffered constant noise throughout the night. We have finally moved out of this terribly old apartment - I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy."

"Scam alerts!! They overcharged us after we moved out. Can't contact them by calls or emails. We tried to contact them for past few weeks and solve this issue in person. But nothing solved. Check your bank accout to see if they still charge you even though the contract is over. They will never contact you first for the overcharge. I'm pretty sure this would happen again to anyone. Don't trust this apartment. We will file a claim for sure."

"I am publicly sharing this so that other renters can be aware of this scam. I moved out of this apartment in June, but they have charged me July's rent. I have contacted the apartment manager multiple times and they rarely, if ever, pick up. And when they do, they give me the run-around and say they're looking into it. I have yet to receive the refund for July's rent. I even contacted Woodmont, but their regional manager or the vice president refuses to pick up even after leaving messages. If you want to be charged rent when you didn't even live there, please feel free to rent here."

"+ Close to target and fremont park - Rent is higher compared to amenities - Manager is very different before and after lease. She said the you will get $600 discount for leasing the same day at the tour. I went back, called a couple of times and made sure to complete the application on the same day. In the lease, the discount is not there. By the time, she already took the security deposit. - They claim they have onsite maintenance. It is a single person living a retired life. He would yell at kids because they are using sidewalk chalks on walkways. His fix usually last a couple of days and it is the same again. On paper, he responds very fast but doesn't solve the problem."

"I lived there from 2011 to 2015. I had to leave due to the rent increasing too much for me to sustain, but I stayed there primarily due to the Manager and Maintenance employees that worked and lived there. Chris and Gary were great as they were very responsive to issues and they made living there that much smoother."
