"Beautiful apartments and great staff. The apartment manager Jessica is really easy to talk to helpful. Maintenance is really thorough and quick to help when I’ve needed something fixed. They really care about the tenants and have recently upgraded the clubhouse. There’s a pool table and they recently got a bbq for the residents. The pool is heated! This is the 5th apartment I’ve lived in and absolutely the best. Definitely recommend checking them out!"

"Lived in one bedroom apartment in 2021 for one year. Moved due to high noise from pool and kids. Walls are thin as noise from nextdoor is loud. Cost for use of clothes washier/dryier are high."

"My wife and I have lived at Timberlane Apartments for 12 years. THE GOOD: When we moved in it was owned by someone that cared for more than just how much money they can get from the tenants. It's a good looking building. The lay out of the building with swimming pool and work out room is well designed. the pool is kept cleaner looking than most pools in this area. Even though Timberlane is right off of Ralston which is a main street that goes to 101 and 280 its usually quieter than most places. THE BAD: This place has a new owner that acts like all they care about is how much rent they can get from the tenants. The management changes frequently and they treat the tenants with disrespect and without appreciation. For three days we wondered why we didn't have reception with our dish TV. Upon inspection by the dish company we found out that they cut our cables to the dish without telling us. THAT'S ILLEGAL! My wife and I have had the same parking spot since we moved in but then they gave everyone a new parking spot just because they didn't know where everyone parked. The cost for water and sewer has gone up nearly 4X from $40.00 to $150.00 each month and they wont tell us why. Our apartment is on the bottom floor and we've been flooded from the upper floor at least three times due to old leaking pipes. The pipes in the crawlspace may be leaking still and that's why they've charged us so much for water. Will they ever pay to get it properly fixed?"

"This place is the worst! Stay away, unless you want to live in an very old, unkept, overpriced apartment that has constant maintenance issues and will result in significant damage to your property. My apartment has flooded twice in 6 months because of water pipes bursting from the apartment above me. Took over almost two weeks for anyone to even come look at the issue. I still have had a huge hole in my ceiling for three weeks and still hasn’t been fixed."
