"Very friendly and safe environment, never had a problem with the neighbors or surroundings ever since we moved in. Dog owners are very lucky because their pets are spoiled by the complex. They have their own park and own shower room. Maintenance staff are very attentive if you have apartment issues such as broken heater, faucet etc. Office staff as well also make sure that you are living comfortably."
"This place is a rat whole. Incompetent management, extremely cheap maintenance, falling apart ventilation. Be sure you will be charged for carpet replacement no matter what. Apartment #310 is not livable."
"I had the worst experience while touring this property for considering it as a potential place to live. Despite booking my tour a couple of days in advance, when I reached the property I was told that the person who could unlock the available apartment has gone for lunch and could take up to an hour to come back. The management should not allow for tours to be booked during lunch time and what's the whole point of self guided tours when I need to wait on someone to open the doors manually? The leasing agent seemed the least bit interested in getting the available apartments filled. This is no way to treat potential residents. I had better expectations of an Essex property. The gym was also pretty small."
"There was dog’s urine in the elevator (hope is from a dog and not a human), and the gym is a joke. Also there are a lot of trash around the property (bottles and etc), which says a lot about neighbours. I wasted my time visiting it, and hope you have one more data point so avoiding waste yours."
"I had a terrific experience when moving into Bemont Terrace 4 months ago. Endri helped me out from the very beginning and all I can say is that he's top notch. Endri made my move in process incredibly easy and even went above and beyond when I needed to move in slightly earlier than anticipated. If you're going to be working with anyone from the Essex Apartments, look for Endri first. The property is also really quite nice. Our amenities here are generous. We have a gym, bike room, pet wash, and laundry facilities, along with a pool and dog relief area. The floor plans here are generous as well. I believe I live in one of the smaller 1 bedrooms, but the floor plan and spacing make the apartment feel more spacious. Lastly, we're right on Water Dog Lake Trail, which has been a nice getaway during shelter in place. Great community and happy to call it home."
