"Rude property manager. Galina would schedule a tour with you even if she didn't have any apt available by your move-in date. She emailed you that she had apt available then told you not in person lol. She still showed me around the neighborhood a little bit. When I asked her about parking, she said it's all in her email and asked me if I had read her email before coming here. I could not stand her tone and left. Never met a property manager like this."

"I don't understand the high Google rating, honest reviews may have been removed. I HATED living here. We were here for only 1 year and once the lease was up, were were OUT. Very unskilled maintenance team that were nice but never fixed anything. For example, I pointed out extensive mold under the sink spreading up the cabinet walls caused by the leaking kitchen sink. "Spray bleach on it" they said. Someone hit my husband's PARKED CAR under the carport causing $2k of damage and left without a note. People have a habit of leaving their parked cars, blocking the alleyway between 649 and 655. Angry commuters will blast their carhorn for more than 5 minutes before giving up and having to reverse and leave through the apartment entrance. People that live by the apartment exit (buildings 649 and 655) are lazy and constantly enter through the apartment exit, risking car accidents. Neighbors are loud, be it parties or talking loud late at night. I had to call in a noise complaint for the first time in my life while living in this complex. People rummage through the trash and recyclables in the dead of night like loud raccoons. I was on the ground floor and the neighbor's kids upstairs made a game of throwing trash down into our balcony. NEIGHBORS flicked cigarettes into our balcony. I've even had muddy boots stolen off my doorstep. There is not enough parking availability. You get 1 parking spot per 1 bedroom apartment, you can't pay to get an extra one. Everyone has to fight to park on the street. Directly across the street are many auto shops, which also use up the limiting street parking. If you come home after 5pm you're likely going to have to park 1-2 blocks away at least. Street parking is timed during the day, so I had to move my car every few hours especially during early pandemic when I was home all day. I unfortunately had two of my car tires slashed while parked near Marine View and Old County Rd. (I had literally just moved to California and didn't know anyone here) Other cars near that intersection had their tires slashed the same night. I also want to point out that the location of this apartment complex is within walking distance of Belmont Caltrain stop and bus stops. Convenient but also a hub for transient people. There is also a homeless shelter just down the street. I vehemently recommend against living here. Management was ok but honestly it's filled with very trashy neighbors and reckless drivers (see photo)."
