"Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to help me when my insurance card didn’t have all the information printed on it. They could have sent me home to contact the insurance about the missing information but they didn’t. They took the time to call the insurance company for me to get the information needed and let me pick up my prescriptions. I was using CVS pharmacy and they couldn’t get one of my medications in the liquid form the doctor ordered. CVS told me it wasn’t available in liquid any longer. Safeway had no problem getting it ordered and ready for pickup the next day. There can be a line of 3 - 6 people at times but it doesn’t usually take long. You can always use the time to grab any groceries you need. They will allow you to check out a few groceries items with your prescriptions. The pharmacy is open till 8pm and I like that they have a more private area to get vaccines done. I’m so glad I switched from CVS to Safeway."
