"Came in at the end of my work day and a few minutes before this pharmacy closes and I made a mistake and ordered my medication at another Raley's. I thought I was going to get the same bad service. But... to my surprise their is a new pharmacist in charge and she fixed everything and I got my medication this evening What a breath of fresh air! I hope her kindness and perfessinlism rubs off on the others behind the counter."

"Terrible customer service 5/18/23 Store 421 operator # 7013 talking so fast you can tell she wants to get rid of you.,.waits on 3 people at same time thinking she is so fast geez ! but shoves rx at you goes on to next person you stand waiting for her to return to register screen says weighting on cashier you wait for her to come back to finish your transaction no eye contact. Does not even tell you what you are picking up & on to next person. You pretty much go find a location in the store to take a look to make sure you got all the medication you had refilled. Customer service from this person was horrible & the customer is paying her paycheck. What a way to loose customers from Raleys pharmacy I guess you don’t need us This person surely is not out to retain customers in a competitive market"

"Young and fat female was so freaking rude. I had to tell several times what meds I came to pick up, cos she didn't hear me, or she pretended she didn't hear, and there was a queue behind. Very nice visit indeed. I was thinking that meds are pretty much private thing, and now whole raley's know on what medicines I'm on. I gave her a paper, where was all my information, but she didn't mind to look at it, instead I had to tell her and the others my own personal things. Thanks bloody much."

"I have the app and get my refills on time every time. I have a medication that I HAVE to take every day. I hit refill on my app and the same day or next, whichever I choose, and go pick it up without any problems. I switched from CVS and Walgreens because my med is much cheaper at Raleys than the other places."
