"Literally the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The older lady that works the pick up desk is extremely rude. Made a mistake on my giving me my prescription and still raised her voice at me???! Unacceptable."

"Very bad service, they do not have good control over their patients' prescriptions, they do not remember that the medication was requested for home delivery, that becomes a burden or responsibility for the patient to remind them month after month."

"This review is for the driver they have on 8th Street in Imperial Beach. Apparently the older gentleman doesn't feel as if he needs to stop at stop signs and rather run through the stop signs even if he doesn't have the right away. It looks very bad on your business when someone driving a company car cannot drive."

"Lupe has been so helpful the past few times I have called or stopped in. She even remembered my kids! I also wanted to mention that I had a major emergency the other weekend (went out of town and forgot my fridge meds) and the pharmacist was exceptional. He (Doug) took the time to listen to my problem and offered me a very reasonable solution to get my medications in a timely manner. He really made me feel like my pharmacy cares about my fertility adventure as I was already 10 days in and didn’t want to risk having to start over. Doug was wonderful!!
