"Horrible customer service. The lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful and I over heard how she was treating her employees and I’m surprised she still has people working there. I couldn’t believe what she was saying. I think her name was Melina or something like that and their prescriptions are way over priced. I transferred to Ventura and it’s half the price of what I paid here at the Ojai village pharmacy."

"I had my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for years, and it was a miserable experience the entire time. From the beginning they'd make mistakes almost every time: they'd lose prescriptions, forget to charge insurance, not fill prescriptions for days, keep years-old insurance info in the computer despite me telling them every time for over two years that the info was out of date; and, last but not least, repeatedly claiming drugs that are covered by insurance aren't. The final straw was the three months I had to spend getting them to charge my insurance for a prescription; first they lost the prescription and said they didn't get it (they did), then said the insurance company didn't cover it (it does), then said the insurance had approved it but that it wasn't going to pay for any of it (it does). I just went to another pharmacy and the same health insurance plan knocks $100 off the price, and this other pharmacy managed not to lose the prescriptions, fail to provide refills called in days before, lie about which drugs are covered by insurance, or try to charge an expired insurance account no matter how many times I tell them it's expired while standing right there in front of them. Not only does this company provide bad service, they've gotten worse and worse; I wouldn't let any of the people behind that desk within a hundred feet of any medicine I'm going to have to take. The worst pharmacy I've ever been to."
