"Money hungry thieves in my opinion. Yes I rented from them and they terminated agreements with me took most of my deposit for no reason and forced me to move sooner than agreed upon leaving me homeless for a week. Scum! I called mountain meadows and it connected to them and they just hung up on me instead of correcting the issue of forwarding me! They don’t care about this community at all."

"Ashland CPM and everyone I have worked with here are all very kind, prompt and beyond helpful. They sent me listings based on my needs and helped me find the perfect place for my family and I. They were willing to work with us when other property managements wouldn’t because of not the best credit and not very much rental history. They answered any questions I had and helped me switch applications to a new property when something better came along with no complaint and did it swiftly and got us re-approved for the new location within a few days and kept us updated without us having to ask which I Really appreciated. I would definitely recommend renting with them."

"I've been renting from CPM for about a year and a half in 2 separate properties and my sister has been renting from them for over 3 years. We have always received great service and have been well taken care of. Every issue we have ever had has been solved within a few days and with very little to no problems. The first place I rented from CPM, all but $100 of my deposit was returned because they needed to replace a filter for the AC and the stove coils and spill pans - both of which were listed in the rental agreement as my responsibility. The rents do seem a little high compared to surrounding cities but it is my understanding that the Landlords of the properties set the prices not the Property Manager. In fact, I am told the apartment complex I currently live in has not seem a rent increase in over 3 years. Based on my experience, I would recommend renting from CPM."

"Now that I am out of Ashland for good and never have to rely on this monopoly again, I finally feel comfortable writing a review. This company is overpriced, unprofessional, and tried to cheat me and my roommate out of our money on multiple occasions. Students who rent from CPM: be prepared to fight to keep your deposit. They will try to take advantage of you, especially if it is your first time renting. After receiving less than one third of our initial deposit, we asked for an itemized list and were subsequently refunded. If you look young or inexperienced, the people at the Ashland office are very dismissive of you. Thankfully my roommate did not take no for an answer, and would call them everyday for weeks in order to get something done (which I'm sure was very annoying). They accused us of having 2 extra cats(??) at the inspection of our house with no evidence, and then once we refuted it they never brought it up again. The way they handled that was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the rent is extremely high for bad quality remodels. I could go on and on about the 3 years we rented from CPM, but I could sum it up in three words: rent somewhere else."
