In the time we spent living there, we got to know Martha and the rest of the crew really well; they always stayed in touch with various, comical, communications and updates! Paying rent is easy, their rental contract is straight forward and simple and renting from a local group who understands the community is unbeatable. I had been a renter for almost 15 years straight before buying our house and if I had to do it again, I’d go through APM first. "Had a showing for one of their properties and, despite the advertised community pool being non-existant (apparently has been gone for 2 years), we liked the place and decided to apply. Paid the $80 in application fees and tried to call to add a cosigner to our app the same day and the following day, there was no answer and no call back. Received a denial via mail based on credit two days after applying called AGAIN about a cosigner option, still never received a return call. I've left multiple messages since the property is still available but still no call back, it's been over 2 weeks. In short, basically threw $80 out the window and into their pocket. My property sure got managed."
