"Great room. Comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. I had a problem with my heating unit when I first arrived. The maintenance attendant arrived within minutes and fixed it quickly with a smile. I was completely comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming."

"My family and I stayed here two separate nights on our way to and from California for Thanksgiving break. Each time, we were very pleased with the accommodations. My biggest reason for booking this location was the presence of four Tesla chargers (although at least one, maybe two, were not working). These are located in the lower parking garage, but the access is very narrow and a little nerve racking to navigate. All in all, I was very pleased with our stay. The breakfast is fine, as long as you’re not expecting anything more than normal hotel ‘continental breakfast’, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated near downtown Ashland, and was priced very reasonably. The only thing I could ask for is to have all the chargers in working order. But hopefully they are working on that."

"Pretty non-descript hotel in a nice area. Breakfast and exercise room were small but adequate. Came from back east for a 2-day trip. It was off season but when I checked in, I had the clerk verify that there was no on in the room above me, since the time difference put me in bed early and didn't want preventable noise. She did. A few hours later, around 9 pm local time, I started hearing loud footsteps above my head with creaky floors. This went on for about 3 hours. Same thing next night. Was not a pleasant experience. I'll look elsewhere next time."

"Room clean, quiet. Walkable to shops. Breakfast disappointing. A couple of tired looking apples for fruit. Standard bacon, eggs, waffle, packaged pastries, only sweetened yogurts. Nothing for a health conscious person. No oatmeal (or fruit/nut toppings) no granola, fruit salad, bran muffins or plant based sausage choices. They did offer oat milk for all the processed dry cereals including Froot Loops. We won’t be coming back here for the free breakfast."

"I read a ton of negative reviews after I had already booked and was so worried but the hotel was great! We got a amazing room a week before a holiday weekend. Check in was quick and ready before check in time. Room was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and hot, and included which is always a plus. Incredible location, 5 minute walk to some wonderful spots in Ashland. The hotel is old but full of character, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff was really friendly. We will definitely be back!"
