"Honestly don’t even waste your time. My designer recommended them and it will be the last time she does that for any of her clients. We spent an entire afternoon choosing tile for my custom home. Weeks later I find out that all but one choice has been discontinued yet still on their showroom floor. The one choice that was current in production was on a 3 month back order. I spent another entire afternoon choosing tile yet again. This time- months later I find out that it’s discontinued again! The one tile that they had on a 3 month back order- never arrived! I have wasted countless hours not to mention money on my designer’s time to get absolutely nowhere. There are many good tile places in town. Trust me- do not waste your time here with 21st Century. I didn’t even mention the extremely poor customer service in regards to the troubles that I have experienced. Very poorly ran company for sure."
