"While the Doctors themselves were fine, I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with a medical office (and for context, I have a chronic condition and have been to many different offices). I have been bounced around to different doctors within this office without any notice making it very difficult to build any kind of patient/provider relationship. The office has also showed a gross display of negligence when it comes to the most basic of medical tasks - filling out a prior authorization request. They have given me issues with this specific task on 3 separate occasions where they said they would complete the forms, did not do so/did it incorrectly so it wouldn't be processed, did not inform me or my insurance that they did not do so, which resulted in me having to forfeit my appointments with my specialist (which takes months in advance to book). The first time this happened, I was patient and understood that sometimes mistakes are made and things happen. The second time I grew a little more frustrated but still tried to be understanding and attribute these mistakes to covid. The 3rd time was the last straw as I saw this was nothing more than sheer negligence on the part of the office staff who were just refusing to do their jobs. When I tried speaking with someone about this issue, I was transferred around to different people so many times I eventually made full circle and was transferred to one of the initial people I spoke to. No one would take responsibility and accountability for their negligence. No one would try and fix the situation. And the worst part, when I was speaking with some of the office managers (specifically Nancy) regarding this issue, their attitude was so patronizing, disrespectful, and condescending I actually threw up from the stress of dealing with them (which has never happened to me before in my life nor has it ever happened since). Word of advice to anyone looking for a doctor, make sure to understand you will also be dealing with their office and read those reviews as well. To clarify, I would give this office 0 stars if I could. This review does not reflect the performance of the doctors themselves, who were overall pretty decent. Do not go to this office if you will ever need anything more than just a basic check up."

"Was able to see a doctor here on short notice even though she wasn't my PHP. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional (front desk; nurse; doctor; med student). I was even seen 10 minutes before my appointment time! The nurse in particular was truly hustling and was super efficient with everything she did."

"While the MD was pleasant and answered questions, the CNA Rebecca K was cold and rude. She is impersonal, I didn’t even know her name until I asked. As a Helathcare provider myself , an RN, I was very disappointed in her treatment , or lack of… Ucla us known for exceptional patient care and she should NOT be representing this company or be in this profession. I would not recommend these facilities for this particular reason. Even if she’s having a bad ugly red hair day or a bad life, you’re not supposed to take your bad energy to work."

"It is nearly impossible to see the same doctor so you have to explain your medical history and issues every time, as if the new doctor didn’t even look at your chart before the appointment. They told me to get labs (blood work) done and that I could go at any time, but when I went to get them done, they hadn’t ordered the labs. When I called to get them to place the order (which should have been done over a week ago) they told me I had to wait 24 hours for a medical professional to get to it. Honestly the worst care that I’ve had and I’m essentially dictating my own care because they don’t bother to actually listen to what I’m experiencing and give me a course of action to resolve my problems. Unfortunately, this is where I was assigned by my health insurance, and it would be more of a pain to go to the insurance and change providers."

"The doctor I saw was a well regarded Obygyn. I had a Pap smear and a couple blood tests. I have Medicare and supplemental Medicare insurance. The bill was $985. Medicare covered $121. I’m left with a bill for $864 for a simple office visit….that I waited six months for. I have asked the bill to be reviewed with no luck so far. I’m not sure if this is simple robbery or just indicative of how broken our healthcare system is. To follow up, after four phone calls and apparently three reviews, my balance was reduced to $0. So I will up my star rating to three stars as this horrendous charge shouldn’t have happened to begin with. But I am thankful it was resolved."
