"They suck. Esp a girl named Natalie who works in the prescription call center. Dr Adham Maladty is a bad doctor and shouldn't be allowed to practice. They are neglectful with refiling prescriptions and negligent in how they handle people's medications and appointments. Stay away from this place."

"I’ve been a long-time patient but my psychiatrist recently switched over to his own location. Regardless, I just want to leave a shoutout to all the front desk receptionists. Every single time I call for the past almost 5 years, they have been extremely kind and helpful. They are empathetic, understanding, and 100% deserve a raise for how much patience they have. I thank the office staff immensely for their care and hospitality. You can feel their compassion through the phone! I wish I could remember all their names and acknowledge them here but my memory sucks! However, I will always remember the kindness they showed me. Sometimes the front desk could be the catalyst for continuing or discontinuing treatment because their care can make a huge difference. And they have cared every time. THANK YOU ALL!!! And management please give them a raise!!! They absolutely deserve it."

"I have had a couple of issues with appts that were scheduled but it is nothing that billing can not fix. First couple experiences were ok. First one, the provider just asked me a survey of questions, nothing else, and just prescribed me medication. He is no longer at this practice. Second experience with Sophia Encarnacion was awful, I do not recommend her at all and was a waste of time. Be sure to read about providers before making an appt. to see how much experience they have elaborated on and provide in their bio. Third experience with Barry Mills went really well and I HIGHLY recommend it. He had the appropriate assessments and asked applicable thorough questions to get down my main diagnosis. Very elaborate with my treatment plan and made sure to schedule a follow up right away. I felt very heard and relieved with this appt."
