"Man is very rude both on the phone and in the shop and the staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. They tried to charge me $40.00 for 2 prescriptions. My husband picked up one of them for $20.00, not realising it should have been No charge and said he'd pick up the other one after going to the bank. When I found out, I told him this was wrong, there is no copay. I do not have a copay, as I'm on Medicaid! I immediatley called my Insurance Co. and double checked my policy with them. And they said I was correct. They also said that the Pharmacist should have faxed them paperwork for an authorisation. I was given their fax number to give to the Pharmacist. When I called the pharmacy and relayed the message from the insurance company, they had No idea what i was talking about, and said they don't do that and didn't know any fax number. When I then said I have the number, here it is, they reluctantly took it.They now need to refund the $20.00 they charged, and the other prescription should be free. My point is, if I didn't question the charges, I would have been ripped off $40.00. Which, being retired and on Medicaid I can not easily afford. This pharmacy didn't bother doing their job, and just took my money. I have never had any problem with any other pharmacy I have EVER used. Just a warning to anyone getting their prescriptions from them, make sure you know the cost of your copay or if you have one before doing any business with them."

"This pharmacy is awesome the owner is very friendly he is very affectionate with the people he is very quick about getting your scripts out there is never a wait. I've been coming here for years and I would highly recommend it."
