"I would give it a 0 star if there was an option. I made an appointment to get a vaccination shot at 1:45pm and got confirmation from Walgreens website and email. When I arrived at 1:25, the staff told me they will have a lunch break from 1:30pm and need to cancel my appointment. It is very so annoying that they can’t execute what their appointment service committed to. Very poor managed as a company and service location!!!"

"Didn’t text me when my prescription was ready like I asked. I called and confirmed it was ready, but when I went down they had changed their hours without posting anything, so when I showed up at 6:05pm I couldn’t pick up my medicine even though their website says they close at 9pm. Shameful service that could lead to a lot of problems for people who can’t miss a day of medication."
