From the time they spoke with them on the phone ordering the wood to the delivery to me having to order extra they were the greatest to work with!!! Best customer service. We have since finished our front deck and our Nephew who does this for a living, said it was some of the nicest wood he has seen! Will be back and have already recommend them to several people. "Lady at front counter to help us. Gave her our needs & she processed them & out to yard to get our products. Helper even gave us a red flag to mark our load. Did not have to look at quailty of each board like u do at Meards or home Depot. Price my be a little higher but the quailty is well worth it."
